This page outlines how affiliate referrals and commissions work for approved VIP Partners.
It is the single source of truth for affiliate participation.
Commission Overview
Commissions apply to monthly subscription fees only
Commissions apply only to standard published pricing
Setup fees and professional services are not commissionable
Commissions are paid only on tracked or explicitly approved referrals
Eligible Plans
Commission eligibility is determined by pricing and attribution, not plan name.
Standard pricing → may be commissionable
Discounted / agency / VIP pricing → not commissionable
If a plan is not tracked through an affiliate or booking link, commission eligibility is not guaranteed.
Discount vs Commission Rule
A referred account may receive either a discounted rate OR generate an affiliate commission — never both.
This applies to all JV / VIP referrals without exception.
Setup & Professional Services
The following are not commissionable:
Setup fees
Onboarding
Implementation services
Custom builds
Templates, snapshots, or migrations
These services reflect labor and delivery costs.
Attribution & Tracking
Affiliate commissions are attributed through:
Approved affiliate links
Affiliate-specific calendar/booking links
Explicit written approval by Salesflows
If attribution is missing, commissions may be honored at Salesflows’ discretion.
Payment & Compliance
A signed Affiliate Agreement and W-9 are required prior to payout
Commissions are paid only on active, paid subscriptions
Salesflows may withhold commissions for refunds, chargebacks, or policy violations
Program Changes
Salesflows may update pricing, commissions, or policies with notice.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
